INTERZAVA LIMITED provides deployment infrastructure support as a complementary service for organisations running our software. This is not a standalone hosting product — it exists to ensure our software runs reliably in the environment that suits your organisation.
This service is available to INTERZAVA software customers only. It is not a standalone hosting or VPS product and is not available independently of an INTERZAVA software subscription.
Deployment infrastructure, not a hosting store
When you subscribe to an INTERZAVA software product, you may need a server environment to run it. Our cloud and VPS support service covers the deployment side — helping you get the software running on appropriate infrastructure without requiring in-house DevOps expertise.
We work with cloud and VPS providers to configure, deploy, and maintain the server environment your software needs. This service is available to INTERZAVA software customers and is scoped to the deployment of our products only.
What deployment support covers
Server environment setup
Configuration of a cloud or VPS environment suitable for running your INTERZAVA software product, including OS setup, dependencies, and initial deployment.
Software deployment
Installation and configuration of your licensed INTERZAVA software on the provisioned server environment, verified and tested before handover.
Ongoing infrastructure support
Continued support for the server environment running INTERZAVA software — covering updates, availability monitoring, and issue resolution related to the deployment.
Scaling and environment changes
Assistance with scaling the server environment as your user base or data requirements grow, or migrating to a different infrastructure configuration.
What this service does not cover
- General web hosting or domain hosting unrelated to INTERZAVA software
- Hosting of third-party applications or customer-owned software
- Standalone VPS or cloud server rental without an associated INTERZAVA software subscription
- Email hosting, website hosting, or unrelated infrastructure services
